Glenn Golenberg, Senior Advisor
He has served in the Corporate Finance and Investment Management industry for over 45 years as a General Business Partner, President and CEO of U.S. investment banks, where he actively worked on more than 200 transactions. In addition, he has been chairman of numerous operating companies in which he and business partners held a controlling interest and has served as a Director of numerous publicly and privately held companies. He has CPA experience with Arthur Andersen & Co., and currently the Founder and Managing Director of merchant banks Golenberg & Company, The Bellwether Group, and University Equity Capital. He provides strategic and financial advisory services to expansion‐stage emerging technology and life‐science related companies and continues to invest in high growth companies. He has held executive and board positions at numerous financial institutions and other private and public companies.
Glenn has extensive leadership roles in a number of local, national, and international philanthropic organizations. He has an MBA from Wharton Graduate School and served on the Graduate Executive Board of the Wharton Graduate School of the University of Pennsylvania for many years. He has also served on the Visiting Committee of the University of Southern California School of Business and a member of the Business Advisory Council at his alma mater, Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Mr. Golenberg has been invited numerous times to lecture at all three institutions on the subject of entrepreneurship, corporate finance, investment banking and investment management.
